Wrattonbully Shiraz 2021

This Shiraz’s Wrattonbully Vineyard boasts similar shallow terra rossa soils over limestone to Coonawarra. The 2021 vintage was a standout. The season began with good rainfall from May to September, supporting healthy early growth. This was followed by dry, calm weather that led to near-perfect flowering and fruit set, resulting in slightly fuller crops than usual and high-quality fruit. A complex expression of abundant fruit flavours of currants and black cherries that retains a good balance.
