The Rosada Rosé 2023

The Rosada Rosé is similar to the Rosado and Rosato wines of Spain and Italy. Each year the Rosé is made from grapes that are shown to be the freshest early on, their bright flavours in the vineyard clearly reflected in the glass. Its rose colour is produced by the limited time it has on the grape skins, which impart colour into the juice.
