Sauvignon Blanc


The warmest spring on record in Coonawarra provided an ideal climate for even flowering and fruit set in Sauvignon Blanc. 2015 summer was a classic with warm days and cool nights due to the upwelling of deep cold water off the coast of the region. This allowed the fruit to ripen and develop intense fruit flavours.

The grapes were picked at the coolest time of the day to protect the flavours, then carefully fermented to ensure the retention of the pristine characters of each variety.
