On Tuesday 14th of February, Upstairs at Hollick will be open for both lunch and dinner, so make sure you don't miss the opportunity to spoil someone special this Valentine's day!
Lunch will be available from 12pm. Choose from our a la carte menu and receive a free glass of Sparkling White with your main meal.
A set dinner menu will be available from 6pm. Spend the evening watching the sunset over the Hollick vineyards whilst indulging in a 3 course meal, specially prepared by our Chef!

Crispy pork belly; scallops; cauliflower puree; saffron cream sauce
Cured salmon salad; fried capers; pickled fennel; orange
Moroccan chicken; preserved lemon cous cous; labneh
Slow roasted eye fillet; béarnaise; dauphine potato; green beans
Dessert (Designed to share between two)
Chocolate fondant; strawberry sorbet; champagne strawberry salad; vanilla chantilly cream
Chefs cheese selection- onetik tomme pur chievre; le conquerant; house made lavosh; quince paste; fresh pear
Dinner is $70 per person, which includes a glass of Sparkling White on arrival.
