Hollick Wines and the Upstairs at Hollick team are delighted to announce that they have once again been awarded a hat from the Australian Good Food and Travel Guide in 2013.
Hollick Wines are once again proud to have been awarded a medal at The Great Australian Red 2012 challenge. The 2010 Stock Route Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded a Silver Medal this year, following on from last years 2009 being awarded a Bronze medal in the 2011 competition.
With an unprecedented 118 entries, and record medals awarded Matthew Jukes and Tyson Stelzer attribute this to the growing interest in this blend, its rising calibre as more winemakers give it more focused attention, and of the exceptional standard of the 2010 vintage. Hollick have been focussing on the Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon blend since 1995, and are delighted to once again be rewarded for making a top class, classic Australian blended wine.
