Local musician Lizzie Coke will playing live music all night long & there will be Mexican-inspired drink specials to ensure a great night out!
The Upstairs Team have put together a scrumptious menu designed to share between your table. Take a peek at the five course feast below!

* Trio of cheese stuffed grilled peppers
* Pulled pork tacos; kidney beans; oak lettuce; pickled spanish onion
* Mexican veg sliders; 3 bean patties; avocado; coriander; lime infused sour cream
* Slow cooked beef cheek nachos
* Spicy chicken salad
* Chicken and avocado enchiladas; tomato and black bean salsa
* Fish and prawn taco; coriander; jalapenos; tomato and lime dressing
* Strawberry and lime infused chocolate quesadillas
* Coconut milk flan with mixed berry salad
* Churros with a choc hazelnut dipping sauce

On Tuesday 14th of February, Upstairs at Hollick will be open for both lunch and dinner, so make sure you don't miss the opportunity to spoil someone special this Valentine's day!
Lunch will be available from 12pm. Choose from our a la carte menu and receive a free glass of Sparkling White with your main meal.
A set dinner menu will be available from 6pm. Spend the evening watching the sunset over the Hollick vineyards whilst indulging in a 3 course meal, specially prepared by our Chef!

The 2016 Limestone Coast Wine Show awards dinner was held on Thursday the 27th of October in Robe, South Australia. This year's show received 501 entries that were judged by six high-profile national and international wine critics, led by Chief Judge Jane Faulkner.
Hollick Estates not only took out Best Sweet or Sparkling Wine of the Show for the 2015 Nectar, but also won a gold for the 2015 Bond Road Chardonnay.
Congratulations to Hollick Winemaker Joe Cory & Vineyard Manager Stuart Sharam, as well as the whole Hollick Team on these fantastic results. A credit to your hard work!
